We are a small IT company based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

We are happy to make home visits in the evenings or weekends in the local area, therefore making it convenient for people working full-time.

We have many years of experience in most fields of IT. Our core staff do still work full time in professional IT fields providing support on areas such as, PC repairs, Network management & support, security analysis & implementation, web design and many other areas.

Terms and Conditions

Due to our geographic location and operation, some services offered via this web site may be limited and only be applicable to customers located within reasonable traveling distance.

Where through circumstances it is necessary to request that a deposit is paid by the customer to cover components and/or materials, such deposits will be non-refundable if creative and/or repair work has been started/components purchased, and the customer subsequently cancels the requested and agreed work before being fully completed.

Where estimates are supplied, work is carried out on the understanding that "unforeseen" items may be additionally chargeable to the customer.

Any problems that may arise from work we have done on your computer systems will be rectified free of charge as long as you notify us within 7 days of the date the work is carried out. If we are able to determine the cause of the error, and it is clear that we or the work we have carried out did not cause it, then you will be charged for any rectification that is necessary, at the standard rate.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure the continued integrity of your data, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all data and irreplaceable software is fully backed up before commencement of the work.

We agree to take all reasonable steps to protect any data of a confidential nature while undertaking work for clients. These include the secure protection and non-transmittal of any passwords, data, network or system information. We undertake never to divulge client information of any nature to third parties (whether involved in the client job or not) without first obtaining the express permission of the client. We also undertake to securely destroy or otherwise remove any client information from our systems once the work has subsequently been completed, unless the client expressly requests us to retain it.
